Ok. I hate technology! Anyone know where I can find the workouts for a mare on the internet from 2010? Equibase virtual stable doesn’t have any on the horse, neither do the track websites (that I know of, remember, I hate all technology almost as much as it hates me LOL).
I need the records for a mare I plan on breeding, I like to have every stallion picked by Nov. and booked by Dec.
Mare never raced, but clocked really good times, and I know they still keep those records…
I guess I could call the track. Let’s try this first![/QUOTE]
Do you by chance know the dates and tracks at which the mare worked? If so, and you are close, that is probably one of the easiest ways to get the info. You would need to contact the racing office and ask in advance if you could search through the “Workout Sheets”. Since there are so many, they are probably in storage or may even be tossed out.
You could also contact the Daily Racing Form customer service dept. They used to have archived DRF’s online and if they still do, you would need to check the dates for several editions to view the works. If not, you might want to ask them if ordering an Individual Horse Past Performance would be an option since the mare never raced. In any event, they will likely have further suggestions to help you access the works.
