pasture sweeper/groomer for manure

Looking for some people that may own or have knowledge about these. Right now I have a greystone pasture vac. Although it is a great product and works well, holding the hose to pick up the manure is starting to wreak havoc on my arm.

I am looking at the tow and collect ground drive model or the paddock groomer. The tow and collect is a bit more expensive but at this point my arm doesn’t care LOL.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

I asked the same question locally. I heard from someone who had both the greystone pasture vac and the larger tow and collect model. He preferred the greystone, as he said the tow and collect only worked in shorter grass.

I’ll be curious as to the feedback you get. I know my arm will fall off if I go with the greystone, so I’ve been watching for a used tow and collect. This is the first time I’ve seen the ekosweep, but would love to hear from anyone that has used one.

I have the same issues with my Greystone, it’s a shoulder and arm killer but it sure works. I really wish they would design a holder for the hose with a lever that you lower and raise as needed to use it.

Both of the non motorized options are expensive. I watched the video but have to say that manure looks pretty dry, I really wonder how it would work on wet piles and I’d have to see it in action personally to see how it handles uneven ground, as I can’t see it working well. Did you try an internet search to see if there are any reviews?

I did a search but just doesn’t seem to be much info out there.

I have the Tow and Collect 1500. It’s awesome!
