No change as of 7am. Patti is a sleeping beauty. Please keep the prayers coming. Margaret Smith and Peggy Matthews are going to drive up to Columbus, GA tomorrow to visit.

I just read the article in COTH last week. I so enjoyed it and thought what a lucky lady she is, enjoying her sport still with a special horse.
I hope that luck stays with her. Again, prayers and jingles going out.

Nurse told Bobby they would (?) her up today and possibly take her out of ICU and put her in a room. They want to see her follow commands before she goes to a room. Now that sounds like good news!
Edited post–this was yesterday’s progress: She opened her eyes briefly yesterday. Still on ventilator. MRI being re-done today. Please keep praying for Patti.

“We got in to see Patti. She is out of the coma but still on the ventilator and sleeping. She recognized our voices and stirred around and opened her eyes several times. Our goal is to get that ventilator out tomorrow. Keep the prayers coming.”
