Glad everything is progressing well. She’ll be back to her old self soon!!! Horsemen/women are a tough lot!!!
Patti got off the ventilator and she now has a tracheotomy. This should be more comfortable for her. Peggy and Margaret are visiting her today.

I’m not the official updater, but according to Facebook she is off the ventilator with a tracheotomy, able to sit up a little bit and responding to those around her. Seems to be well on the road to recovery.

Most recent update is she is standing eating and talking, and is now at Shepherd Clinic in Atlanta. She said tally ho today to a friend on the phone

And, the speech therapist asked her yesterday how many horses she had. Bobby was in the room, and she replied, “I can’t answer that in front of Bobby!”
So glad to hear of Patti’s improvement. It sounds as though her sense of humor is intact.
