IME over many years (heck, decades), most of the cases of abuse, harsh handling and training technique (although in very classically correct position) and “accidentally” switching buckets or feeding substances guaranteed not to test (that did) have been by very wonderfully correct riders all the way up to Olympic levels.
Should see what goes on at a show in the hours when few are watching by some household names who ride beautifully. In public.:rolleyes:
