Pretty sure the editor is aware. I’ve emailed them in previous years to remind them.
Not sure why the community supports that place but they stay busy.

I think initially a lot of people didn’t know but the OP is aware and doubling/tripling down as are many others. Someone else said in the comments of one post he grabbed her in front of his children and wouldn’t let go of her and no one seems inclined to take the posts down. I feel like once someone is made aware, continuing to solicit support is pretty gnarly.

Yes. Wife and kids are citizens. He has - or had - a green card.

Under the Immigration and Nationality Act (the federal statute governing immigration law in the U.S.) a green card can be revoked (through a rescission proceeding) for a variety of reasons including committing a serious crime or crime of moral turpitude. I haven’t dug into the caselaw interpreting the INA recently but I would not be surprised to learn that conviction for a sex crime involving minors counts.

Does anyone have any further details on the case? The report states that he has a “record of repeat heinous offenses against a minor” but also that he was sentenced to registering as a sex offender and parole supervision for life. What on earth type of kind of repeat heinous offenses against a minor involves only registering as a sex offender and being on parole?

The vet knew though who posted, at some point, and doubled down and kept it up to be shared with a lot of people getting half the story and donating to a cause they may not otherwise have donated to if they knew

I don’t understand why SafeSport isn’t involved in this?..or maybe it’s not sport related but still, someone like this should not be around children if they are currently.

SafeSport only covers USEF members. It has no governance over people who are not members, such as farriers, grooms, etc.
