Shocking he could get his hands on the $4.5M to purchase the property in 2024. He must have found someone with deep pockets. And promised them they could double their money if they sold in a year?

Hard to say. There’s always been something fishy going on there, but it’s certainly possible he got a business loan or something. Wulf Crest was sold off some years ago and the facility is currently up for “sale” by the current owner, with the rest of the land marked for development at a later date.

There are lots of empty buildings that as I drive by I think about how nice it would be convert them into horse housing with an indoor riding area and heck, even an indoor turn out area.

Did determine that the name New River Chase Farm LLC is owned by TN. And that’s the business name listed as owner on the property record with the county.

Being the agent on a business entity isn’t the same as being an owner. Lots of companies use third parties for that. Sometimes the agent is also an owner/manager/member. It does indicate that he is supposed to be a reliable point of contact for the business, since the registered agent would be the one to whom you’d address legal notice.

The county records indicates the land and buildings are owned by New River Chase Farm LLC. TN owns the name New River Chase Farm LLC according to the online LLC records.

It’s possible he can own the trade name independently of the other assets of the business.

Is wulf Crest listed online for sale? Only found the old sale ads just now.

He started with the business in his own name, transferred it to a proxy business that shields ownership information and manages stuff, and then transferred it back to himself.

The facility itself - 10 acres or so - is no longer in use and has been cut out of the land packaging, and is up for a lease sale, as the rest of the land is locked down for development.
