I didn’t realize that he took California Chrome and Firing Line to the post. That’s a neat little tidbit. I liked him when he was running. I wonder if they mentioned that during the Derby broadcasts and I missed it or if they left it out.

Thanks for that link - I remember when Lava Man was a pony horse but I did not hear about Perfect Drift being one as well…
