Cool story and great video, but that is NOT a stallion. 
I noticed the same thing when the horse rolled, definitely missing some pieces to make him a stallion. :lol:

Maybe the lay public thinks all male horses are stallions? They might not know the word “gelding”
Interesting, I saw the video on Facebook but never really looked for the proper parts :lol:. Still a lovely horse doing a great thing!
this x 100. Its kind of right up there with “all baby horses are ponies right?” I’ve had to explain to all non-horsey people the difference between a stallion and a gelding many times. I guess its a little confusing since in no other animals (cats, dogs) do we have a specific term for neutered vs intact.
I’ve definitely had more than one person ask me if my mare is a stallion. The conversation usually goes like “no, she’s a girl,” and they say “I know she’s a girl but is she a stallion?” So… lots of people don’t even know that “stallion” describes a sex.
When I saw this couldn’t help but think what a terrible idea it is to take a horse into a hospital.
