Seeking a PT of either kind in the Greater Cincy area who can help me review and tweak an exercise and riding plan. I was just diagnosed with osteopenia, minor in most places but more pronounced in the hip. The gynecologist doesn’t see needs for the major meds yet, I’m on Vit D and calcium. But, given a history of osteoporosis on both sides of the family tree, I’d like to stack the deck as much as possible in my favor. Any suggestions?
