Is there any place to find pics of the 2007 yearling sale at Keeneland? I know my horse’s hip number and would love to find a pic. Just didn’t know if there was a site that had pictures to go along with the catalogue.
So far as I know, Keeneland does not have anyone taking photos of all the sales horses.
The Blood-Horse and Thoroughbred Times photographers take quite a few photos at every sale but they don’t cover it horse by horse. Try calling them with the hip number and see if they can help.
If you go to www.thoroughbredchampions.com and post this query in the Breeding and Sales forum, you might be able to find one. There are two posters there (MariasMon and Bandinifan) who take pictures of about half the KeeSep yearlings each year. The closer to the front of the sale your horse was, the more likely they are to have a picture, but it’s certainly worth asking.
foaltrack.com started doing something like this but they started up in 2009.
Just the same, you never know - if you search by sire you may find it (there are pictures on there from before 2009 - and some from keeneland '07 - but not every one)

If you know his hip # and the sale he was in you can contact Keeneland and they can send you a video of when he sold. I got one of my boy when he went through back in 2005.
