Pikeur Diana - Only for Dressage?

Pikeur Diana is supposed to be Pikeur’s longest style of jacket, and I got a great deal on one. Has anyone actually ever jumped in this and can post some pics? I dug up a forum post from years ago that had a picture of someone jumping in one, however the picture is no longer hosted so I didn’t get to see it.

My Diana didn’t arrive yet so I can’t say anything about the fit, but I was just wondering if it could double for showjumping.

By the way - this will be my first show jacket. I bought it mainly for dressage.

Any jacket can be a show jumping jacket, they are not even required at training or below now.

In this video starting at 9:05 I am doing a showjump round in that jacket  A little speedy though so not sure how well you can see

At the majority of one day events you will go straight to xc from sj and won’t even wear a jacket.

OMG I love mine!! It is my dressage and stadium jacket. I have had mine 3 years and when I bought it, the seller said it ran small. Boy did it ever! I’m normally a 4-6 on top and I bought this jacket in a 10 and it fits like a glove. LOVE it! Mine is navy.

It’s a little long, but I jumped in it for many years, up through 3* level, without comment. I did finally get a new SJ outfit eventually, specifically b/c I did feel it was a little long, but only because I had some extra money lying around and I was bored.

Thank you so much for sharing! We usually just wear polos for jumping. Our country doesn’t have very many rated shows that require a jacket, but we do use them for dressage. I’m glad to see that it is appropriate in case the need arises.
