I am looking to purchase a Pikeur dressage shadbelly and cannot figure out the sizing. I have looked at other discussions and viewed size charts but everything says different things. I am a US size 8, I have a 38" bust, 39" hips, and 29" waist. I can’t decide between a size 40 (12R) or 42 (14R). Any suggestions, thoughts, opinions, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
You sound slightly bigger than me, and the 40 fits me perfectly so I think you might want the 42

I am a US 8/10 with 38in bust and just got a Pikeur dressage coat. I got the 42 
they run very small!

I’m a size 6/8, 36" bust and I’ve got the Diana model in a size 40. I also think you should go up to the 42.

here is what I know…
I have a casual fitted fall jacket that is an 84 and it fits me PERFECTLY.
I found this size chart…
I’m an Amazon.
6’3" wing span from finger tip to finger tip.
37" bust
32" waist
the 84 that I have is actually long enough for my arms!
The one coat I want most is only available in a 42L.
There is another that I can order in the 44L.
I think if I want to be able to wear long sleeves underneath I’ll need the 44.

They do run super small. It would be best if you can find a place to try one on
