"PKSP" - what registry is this?

A friend is looking at a foal advertised online. The horse is from very well known Dutch and German bloodlines.

The ad shows “PKSP” as the registry. Does anyone know what registry this is? I am thinking it is Polish.

"The scientific objective of the paper was to compare the use value of native and some foreign horse breeds competing in polish regional show jumping tournaments. 156 horses were analysed including native breeds: Malopolska (m), Wielkopolska (wlkp), Polish Half Bred Horse (pksp) and foreign breeds: Oldenburger (old), Holsteiner (hol) and Dutch Warmblood (kwpn).
The competition results with distribution of penalty points as well as pedigree databases of Polish Horse Breeders Association and Polish Equestrian Federation were used. The obtained data was subjected to analysis of variance (ANOVA-GLM), and the differences between average values were determined with t-Tukey’s test. It was concluded that the native breeds obtained statistically worse results than foreign ones, proportionally to the level of competition difficulty. The share of native breeds among the participants of competitions was lower with the increase of course level of difficulty and was statistically significant for the number of eliminations and clear rounds. Oddly enough, I just found one who did very well at the Eventing World Championships for Young Horses last year. He was ridden by a Pole, and his sire was an Arab.

Thanks. It’s interesting they refer to PKSP as Polish Half Bred Horse. The foal in question has a full pedigree of only Dutch and German warmbloods - and very well known ones, at that.
