Pole Exercises book recommendations

Pretty simple question, I finally now have a rideable horse. We have lots of poles and the plastic square blocks to make cavalletis. I have a decent number of exercises I know but I have a barn mate who doesn’t know much. I’d like to purchase an actual physical book to keep at the barn for us to use to give us exercises to do. I think a book will make it easier than me having to explain how/why I’m setting the poles. I figured I’d also keep a measuring tape around.

Definitely one of the ‘Cavalletti’ books by Reiner and Ingrid Klimke.

Amy Skinner recently recommended Jec Ballou’s book “55 Corrective Exercises” .

I haven’t read it, she mentions poles in her post but it looks like it has other things as well.

Definitely Ingrid Klimkes cavaletti book. I keep my copy, as well as Jec Ballou’s book at the barn for reference. They are quite different books; I’d say for traditional exercises, you can’t go wrong with Klimke’s book.

Thanks I just ordered it on Amazon!
