Pony harness

I want to start working with my pony to keep her in shape. The once a week pony ride for the kids just doesn’t do it. I’ve ground drove her around with just her halter and then with bridle and she’s really good so she may know how to drive already. So the next step is to see if she will pull. I can spend up to $300 for a harness but the less the better as dh isn’t really thrilled about it… I’ve told him I will let him take flying lessons if he will let me get a harness and cart

Pony is right at 11hands 550lbs. A mini Flymask does not fit her so mini tack probably wouldnt.

Does this look like a nice harness? There isn’t much info on it except it’s a pony harness

I’d go with Ron’s Presidential Shetland harness at $299. It’s NOT a pretty show harness, but it’s safe, well-made, and comfortable for the horse.
