Portable tack trunk/saddle holder

Hi everyone. I don’t post here a ton, but lurk a bit:D

I am looking for a little bit of advice on saddle/tack storage. Currently, I have all my tack and brushes etc all over my truck. It ended up that way this winter when my coach started hauling my horse to the indoor for me. Generally, I haul my own, but with work commitments, she took that part on for me. A couple times, the working students forgot to pack significant parts of my tack, so I ended up just keeping my stuff in my truck.

I have been trialing upper end saddles and honestly, the one I have now is just propped on the back seat  and my new one I need to treat better.

So, My question is, is there a rolling trunk, light enough when packed with the saddle, bridle & martingale, that I could just pop into the back of my truck? I have a wooden trunk that takes a forklift to move and a glut of rubbermaid totes. I would even use a rolling tote if I could figure out a rack for the inside.

Any of your thoughts appreciate. Just as an aside, I do not want to store any of my property in the coaches horse trailer, too many people in and out of it, grabbing stuff.

Thanks for your time!

Many, many people use these. Someone posted a link to an etsy seller who makes covers for them too. I’ve seen lots of them at shows (with a cover - you’d never know what was under the cover).

I don’t have a rack for the saddle. It fits if you remove the little tool tray.
