We were in the car bringing him home, and I kept trying to explain to someone via text that he kept squawking in his carrier (he’s a Siamese.) But for whatever reason, I couldn’t spell squawking, and it kept coming out as squacking.

So we renamed him Squacks.

Okay, this was last year’s Happy New Year. They were not really thrilled in costume. I’ve just recently lost my beloved Ridgeback, Leo. I miss you, buddy!!
