I signed up for a premium membership yesterday, paid for it with Pay Pal,etc.
I can’t seem to find a “new thread button” to post a thread on the “Events Forum”.
How do I start a new thread there ?

Well, that is the other problem I am having. It states in the instructions that, in my CP, I can edit the title to reflect the premium membership, but I can’t figure that out either !
How long does it take to process ?
