I would recommend Dr.Blauner as well - I used him for the PPE on my gelding - he was recommended to me by a friend who used him for a PPE as well. I am not local to the area so I am not sure how he compares to others nearby but my experience with him was good. I particularly liked that he himself is an active rider/compete. Good Luck!
Dr Keane hands down but yes I believe if he hasn’t already gone south, it is imminent. Horses from our barn travel up from the DC area to see him regularly… i would say we are there with a trailer full at least 2x per month, sometimes more often.
