Looking for recommendations for someone to vet a horse in Lexington, KY - I will be doing the vetting remotely and I’m not familiar with anyone in the area. I’m looking to do a pretty thorough vetting and will need to have ultrasound done - any suggestions are much appreciated!
I would say any of the vets at Rood and Riddle. One of the best facilities in the country. We just did an ultrasound on our OTTB.
I recently used Dr. Embley out of Rood & Riddle for a very thorough PPE on a horse in the Lexington area. She was very good and kept me informed along the way. Reasonable for all the flexions, lungeing horse and watching it go under saddle and full X-rays (32 views).
