Well, I have obtained a blessing in disguise. Now living in the southwest for the last several years I have sweat my tits off – and evidently my calves, too, because my tall boots have a solid inch of gaping in the calf. And as someone who has finally figured out her leg position, it couldn’t come at a worse time!
So now I’m on the market for a new pair of tall boots that I can wear in the hunter arena. I’ve had my eye on some field boots (and probably will snag a pair of brown boots for schooling, too) on Premier Equine but only know a few people who have purchased. I’d love to know if anyone’s pulled the trigger on a pair of their field boots and if so, how they’ve held up?
Most of the threads on COTH are at least a year old, so I’m not sure if the quality has changed or not, but the price seems reasonable and I’d love to get a handful of years out of 'em!
Otherwise, super open to affordable boots that can take a beating! If all else fails I’ll crawl my way back to my Ariats!
