How do I empty my private message storage please? I deleted all my p.m.'s but the storage won’t empty when I click on the option to empty it! Help please!
Hi Brookes,
Do you perhaps have messages remaining in your Sent folder? You can access that folder in the menu on the left side of the page when you’re in your PM inbox, and delete those messages the same way you do for messages you’ve received.
If that’s the issue, you can adjust your default settings to select whether or not you want the system to automatically save copies of the messages you send.
Please let me know if that doesn’t appear to be the issue.
