I tried creating an Alter this a.m. and filled in all of the required boxes (although I did use a different e-mail adress than the one I have for this UserName, same computer but using e-mail alias, don’t think it should matter, should it?).
Directions said I would receive an e-mail with my new password … have received nothing.
What went wrong?
Did you check spam folder or spam settings in new email account?
