That’s really nice for you to say, however I emailed you several times, (The last one 19 hours ago) and I have received no reply. Furthermore I just tried you live chat (at 9:18 am on a Wednesday morning) and no one was there. I also just called the store and left you another message. I have tried calling the store on numerous occasions and never once has anyone actually picked up the phone.

I just wanted to update this thread to let people know that the owner did contact me and this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.
I’ve had really positive experiences with this shop. I really like the products they carry and the sales are great. I’m glad to hear that they are overcoming the growing pains!

Unfortunately, my multiple emails (from several weeks ago) have still gone unanswered. Definitely will not be purchasing from them again. :no:
I ordered a Samshield semi-custom helmet from this company on January 29, 2018. My card was run and i got an email with an order number and informing me they would let me know when it shipped. The lack of communication as of todays date is unacceptable and I’m about to lose it on these folks. Not a cheap purchase and all of my messages have gone unanswered. I was finally able to live chat with someone who said they would update me with whether or not Samshield had to special order this helmet but since then I have not heard a word despite my numerous efforts. Not sure what the problem is but they will not be in business long with customer service like this.

At this point I almost have to cancel my order from you because I want a refund and will order from another company do to your lack of customer service. I have called, left voicemails, emailed, instagram messaged, facebook messaged, messaged you on your website and even commented on your pictures you have posted on social media asking for you to repond to me. Why you have time to post pictures on your company’s social media accounts but not take care of your PAYING customers is very confusing to me.
Crud, I wish I had seen this. I too ordered Jan 18 with the same thing- let me know when it ships. I’ve emailed 2 times asking for an update and I’ve gotten zero response.

I am still a very disappointed customer, and will never be giving you my business again. My 2 emails (January 3rd and January 5th) have STILL gone unanswered. Thankfully, EquiFit has gone above and beyond to solve my issue (boots I ordered from you), but I am extremely disappointed that you never had the decency to respond to my email, on what was a $280 purchase (so not exactly chump change in my book).

BUYER BEWARE!
Definitely buyer beware to this company! I ordered last May and never received my product. It was Lemieux memory foams listed in navy, they emailed right away and said sorry they didn’t come in navy so I asked for them in white or black. Never heard back from them. On the bottom of the confirmation page it states you would not be charged until shipped, they however went ahead and charged my card. It’s now February, I’ve called, emailed a bunch of times (both thru their site and direct email), with absolutely no response. Even after her sincere apology letter that clearly states all messages will be returned within 12 hours - NOTHING. I even posted this on their facebook page and they deleted it.
I will never do business with them, even if they offer stunning products with decent discounts, it’s not worth it if you spend a pretty penny and never get the products!
Holy crap!!! That is insane. I hope you disputed the charge with your credit card company. WOW. Just WOW. Makes me feel lucky that I even got my product in the first place.

I was going to order DeNireo boots and a whole slew of Asmar stuff from them using their 20% coupon but the total still came to over $2,000 and that’s an amount I’m NOT able to just throw away and take the chance of not even receiving my order- or a response from the company. I had to get my credit card company involved to cancel a custom De Niro boot order after multiple contact attempts had been made with no response. Take your business elsewhere.
I was unfortunately too late in doing that. Still after there whole speel about answering emails they still haven’t gotten back to me. And I still haven’t received my items!
Luckily you were able to get your money back - that would of been a huge amount of money to lose!
I’m bummed to just be seeing this thread now. I ordered something from them during a 20% off sale in February – the same item that I’ve had on backorder at another tack shop for a few months (!!). I specifically chatted to check that it was in inventory and was told yes. I then placed the order and cancelled my backorder with the other company. … and yes, still have not received my item. I emailed customer service yesterday and am waiting for a response… not feeling optimistic.
I had not seen this thread either before ordering, but fortunately didn’t have the problems reported here (for once I got lucky). My first order came right away, then the second took about 3 weeks, but was drop shipped from the manufacturer and arrived yesterday. So far so good, but now reading this, I would be hesitant to order from them again. Darn it. I hope they get things together and fix all the problems.
Wish I had seen this thread or thought to post earlier. I ordered some Ice boots and was told 10 days later that the size I needed was back ordered and they would be sent in about 3 weeks to which I said ok. Then after 4 weeks and no communication I left countless voicemails, e-mails, and even facebooked them! I finally filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back because they were not cheap. Only then did I receive a short e-mail saying i had been informed of a back order and that it was basically my fault for not waiting around. I do not recommend this company. Giving an excuse like that doesn’t sit well with me.
I was going to order some Lemieux pads from this company, but they said they didn’t have the pad in the color I wanted, but could backorder. I’m glad I didn’t go that route after seeing this thread! From reading through these posts, it sounds like the biz owner has a website full of merchandise offered for sale, but she doesn’t keep much of an inventory (less upfront investment on her part). So maybe she keeps most popular items in stock, but not much of anything else. Then if you place an order for a less popular item, she apologizes saying it’s on back order or will be drop shipped by her supplier. Sounds like she’s also charging the buyers’ credit card immediately to not incur her own expenses when ordering from her vendors. No way to operate a business very successfully
Uh oh. I ordered a couple of Equestrian Stockholm items, and my card was charged before they were shipped…which didn’t make me very happy when I was told there would be a delay in getting their shipment from ES. I will say that I’ve not had the communication problems that others have had, getting prompt responses to emails. On the other hand, I still don’t have my order either! Guess I’ll give them a bit more time and hope for the best.
Just wanted to write a quick update. I have ordered from them I believe 3 times now since oct/nov of 2017. First shipment took a VERY long time to get to me… but it did arrive and everything was correct. Second order was quick. Third order I placed, and they e-mailed me about 1 week later saying they didn’t have it in stock and asked if I’d prefer a refund, a different color, or wait until it came in. I chose to wait until it came in, and while it did take a long time, it was eventually shipped. Never received the wrong thing.
However… I have e-mailed them on multiple occasions regarding policies and products in stock and have never received a reply. The only time I ever got replies was when they initiated the conversations.
Also not a fan of the fact that they charge the card right away before anything is shipped. It is a little worrying. I’d like to believe that they’re just overwhelmed and understaffed and are correcting the issue. Time will tell?
