2 most interesting ones to me in my quick review:
Completely removing amateur from the H/J sections & also changing the definition in the Dressage rules.
Requiring twice daily temp monitoring while on competition ground.

Agree this one is interesting but also a rule change proposal as old as time - every year I feel like someone has an amateur rule change idea that goes nowhere. This one says nothing to me - a new system based on “classes” yet nothing about that system is proposed here….
