I have put in my entries and scores, and “placed”'the divisions. How do I get them to show up on the public side of the website (Startboxscoring.com) under our show’s name so the competitors can view them? I have checked the FAQs, and no one else has asked the question. Thanks for any help you can give me. Is there a Startbox for dummies available? Tech support has been helpful, but I don’t want to call them if someone can “tell me where to go” (or what to do)!
I thought it showed up automatically, but I’ve always been the secretary, not the scorer-- and the entries have always been put in in advance and the scoring has been put in on the day of the event. The only thing I can think of offhand is to doublecheck the dates you’ve listed-- go to Edit Show Data on the Admin page and make sure the dates are all in the past.

I had made a, ahem, rather unique error that prohibited Startbox from posting the scores automatically. Startbox has excellent, prompt, and patient customer service.
