You will definitely have to meet many Tervs. I know some catty ones and some DEFINITELY not catty ones. The girls seem more agile and catty. But the 80 lb boy I know… nope! Not catty!

My younger collie boy is very catty and my older one is not. You will have to meet more than a few to decide! I don’t know your location but Terv Nationals are in Ohio at the end of the month and Collie Nationals are in Springfield, MA next week. Maybe you should try to get out to Terv Nationals?

Have not read the whole thread, but I still think that a Standard Poodle would be great for you. I do agility on a very casual basis with my two. They are great dogs, I just shave them down once a month, and boom, grooming done. I can even recommend some breeders and rescues in our area. PM me if you want. If you want to go to Nationals, I have heard a mini is the way to go. That said, I have a Standard from rescue who is the fastest poodle I have ever seen. In fact, he is too fast for me.
