Quality jumper trainers in Wellington/Loxahatchee

Hi all!

I’m planning on moving back to West Palm Beach after living there for seven months last year, and this time, I’ll have my own horse in tow! I’ve learned a lot since the last time I lived there, which makes finding a quality trainer all the more difficult LOL. I’m looking for someone who actually practices and teaches correct flatwork and is also properly educated in the correct and ethical use of tack. Trainers that use gags without a snaffle rein or draw reins on every single horse in the barn need not apply. Also needs to be someone who is kind and fair in their treatment of the horses, as my mare is a sensitive soul. Any recommendations out there? I have a few leads but would love to explore all my options.

Thanks in advance!!

If you’re looking for year- round trainers, the list is not huge. Jane Erhart at River Hill, Alan Korokin, Pine Hollow (little south), Erica Garcia at Competition Farms (little further south). All good jumper people.

Ellie Raidt is excellent. I believe she is there all year, but I don’t know that for a fact.

Thank you everyone!! I would definitely be open to someone who’s only down there six months a year, as I’d rather have someone awesome half of the year than someone meh year round.

I recommend Courtney Phibbs-Boyd. I do believe she spends several months in Kentucky in the Summer but comes back and forth to FL throughout. (that may have changed). Her barn is Court-Lin-Frae.
