I’ve used several different local people but have had trouble getting consistent high quality grass hay. Can anyone recommend a supplier that has really nice 1st cut grass hay (prefer timothy) available on a regular basis around here? I need fresh, palatable hay - getting really tired of stemmy stuff that gets wasted. I just need a supplier I can count on. You can PM me or post here. Thanks!
Wish I could help you! I have the same problem here in Loudoun. No sooner do (we) find a good source, that it ends for some reason.
Or, your horses like the first batch delivered, but the next one comes with junk a cow wouldn’t touch. If you find anyone, let me know, please! I’ll do the same, for you! Hang in there.
