I am trying to understand the USEF/USHJA requirements for a new “r” judge card for Hunter and Equitation The website application information has me baffled. To get a USEF/USHJA “r” card, does an applicant have to complete both the Apprentice and the Mentor program or just one of these ? OR does the Apprentice permit allow you to find mentors and begin apprenticing under your mentors ???
I believe the Mentor Program is just for Professionals.
I would call the USEF and USHJA for clarification. I know a lot seems to have changed in the process…
