Thanks for this! It made me feel quite homesick. Briefly.
Beautiful and timeless, thank you for sharing!!!
Were I the person in photo #32 I think I would have headed back to the trailer. Rough start and the hounds haven’t even been cast!
Just in case you have missed another photographer, I would recommend Nico Morgan’s web site:

He not only covered The Quorn that day, but there are a total of about 25,000 beautiful images from English hunts on his page. I can look at his pix for hours while I dream of England.
Lovely pics, thank you! As a beginner whose horse is not yet trained to hunt, I especially enjoy sharing the experience of others. Even looking at pictures can make my heart beat a bit faster.
And I love the Roman nose on the horse in an early photo, I think it’s no.16
I’m with Hinderella–not hunting but I just can’t get enough of looking at photos!!
I wonder if the lady in 166 decided to buy it? I had to , but always acknowledging that I would not have been brave enough to do what she was doing!
never thought of the problem of how a lady aside wearing a veil quaffs her pre-ride beverage… apparently, right through the veil. Great, so now I know.
