Good use for a leaky water tank. Top should be 40 inches off the ground. Kitties can easily make the jump, but raccoons cannot. Covered cat box has a bowl of food and is bungee tied to a cement block so the wind doesn’t move it. I taped the vents in the covered cat box so rain won’t leak in. I keep cameras on my cat feeder to make sure the raccoons are not able to figure out how to climb in. The only way they could do so, is for one raccoon to stand on the shoulders of another. So far, they haven’t figured that out. They try nightly but no breech of security yet!
