Rain Jacket/Show Jacket

I am looking for some kind of rain jacket that would be professional and presentable to show in. Mostly I am seeing long jackets that would be more for wearing around the barn or teaching, but I am hoping to find something that you could wear in the show ring and not be obviously wearing a raincoat.

No hood or a detachable hood, not past your bum, not full of packets that appear baggy. And black, of course.

Anyone seen this?

Asking why the clear jackets I’ve seen in both Hunter & Driving shows aren’t acceptable to you.
They check all your boxes except this: not black.
Your huntcoat or Driving jacket is visible through the jacket & since you’re showing in rain, any judge should be able to take into account a wish to keep your clothes dry

FITS makes a waterproof show coat.

Yes, FITS Hydra waterproof showjacket. On the FITS website, the model is wearing a baggy, crinkled black jacket that you’d only want to wear in the rain in order to camouflage how ugly it is. It’s 50% off and I still wouldn’t buy it!

Okay so maybe take out the “of course”. I just think a black rain jacket would look better than a clear jacket over your normal wear.

I haven’t seen it in person, but I’m thinking of putting this one on my Christmas list: https://www.smartpakequine.com/pt/kerrits-waterproof-all-around-rain-jacket-25264

It does have a hood, but it is “stowable”. It doesn’t look too long, but hard to tell as I haven’t found any pictures of someone wearing it.

I have this and it’s an absolute staple (bonus that it also comes in purple!). It hits right below my hip (and i’m on the long side of an average length torso) and fits my monkey arms beautifully. When you stow the hood away, you can’t even tell it’s there. I bought my black one second hand and actually didn’t realize it had a hood until I bought the purple brand new… I’ve worn it for stadium at recognized events. It’s a very polished and effective look.
