Rappahannock Hunt will be a trail ride on August 29th at 9 AM at The Hill.
The route for the jumping group is going to give people the option of jumping almost every type of jump you’ll come across in the hunt field. We have three different sets of gymnastics built out of logs that are very nice for young horses or timid riders. When we test rode it there was one horse that was new to jumping and they only took the gate option twice.
There are a couple of water crossings that have very nice entrances and exits.
So if you are getting ready for the hunt season this is a great schooling opportunity.
Directions: From Culpeper take Rt 522 to Durant’s Corner. Make at left in to the driveway and come up to the top of the hill. We park in the field on the left. From Sperryville take Rt. 522 east to Durant’s Corner. Make a right in to the driveway and come up to the top of the hill.
