Does anyone have any recommendations on who to ask to perform a PPE in the White River Junction region of VT? I will want a pretty thorough exam and definitely need someone who can do digital x-rays so that we can review on-site.
Thanks in advance.

Randy Frantz at Burlington Equine. His practice is limited to sports medicine. I used him to vet 2 horses and he also reviewed the X-rays on a 3rd (and didn’t charge me). Also, his vet tech Susan Boardman is an AA dressage rider who has her bronze, silver and gold medals.
River Bend Veterinary Clinic, Plainfield, NH. I have used Barb LeClair and Jadene Patch.

Also Heather Hoyns in West Windsor, VT
All of the above are excellent vets and very close to White River Junction.
Sorry, can’t add to the above posts:
Kirsten Glass in Lyme, NH, also performed a pre-purchase exam on a youngster I had for sale once.

YES YES YES
If Randy will travel to WRJ he is your guy!
The 1st horse Randy vetted for me was in Strafford VT - very close to WRJ. That was in 2006 though. I think in the winter months he may travel.
( Horse has been sound and will be showing PSG/I1 this coming year)
Randy is the best. He was my vet the entire time I lived in VT, and I used him frequently. He handled PPEs and lameness exams for me and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Very methodical and logical, which definitely saved me some money along the line.
Thank you, everyone! I have booked an appointment with Dr. Frantz!
