Hi guys,
I’m looking into rehabilitation facilities in MA or RI that provide some kind of water therapy, such as an aquapacer, underwater treadmill, or even a swimming pool. I’m at a loss regarding how to rehab my young horse, due to her being not yet under saddle, and me not having tons of ground-work expertise as far as long-lining, etc. Any suggestions would be very appreciated! Thanks!

with an Aqua Trainer. You can even haul in to use it. I know on your other thread, folks saw improvement in single-digit uses, so even if you could keep her there for two weeks it might make all the difference.
But it’s not cheap, when you factor in the day boarding + therapy time.
Honestly, your money may be better spent by just putting her into training with a good trainer for a few months. Someone who is fine doing all the rehab exercises on long-lines or a lunge, and able to keep young horse silliness under control. Heck, you could even have them start her after she’s sound. :lol:
