Starting to look for barns for rent OR dry stalls in NoVa—ideally Aldie, Haymarket, Middleburg, Delaplane, or within 20 mins of any of those areas. Small is fine, just needs to have enough room for 5-6 horses. Lighted ring is a must, indoor not necessary (but a huge plus)!

Good luck, I’ve been looking for 2+ years. Between the breweries, wineries and subdivisions snapping up acreage, there’s not much left.
