My vet (Mountain Empire Large Animal in Johnson City, TN) does all types of repro work, but I haven’t used them for that purpose so I can’t speak to their expertise directly. They have a number of vets and a nice clinic, and I’m thrilled with their other vet work on my three girls. Very nice group!
