*RESOLVED* "stolen filly.....i need help!"

Here is just one article
http://money.cnn.com/2011/12/28/real_estate/foreclosure/index.htm

The house across the street from me was empty for 2+ years before it even went into any sort of foreclosure (here in CA). It’s pretty well know that in high foreclosure # states you can potentially stay in your home for years before getting kicked out if you work it…

From what I understand the property has been facing foreclosure for a very long time.

Sad sad sad!

To support a dishonest operation when there are so many hard working HONEST breeding operations?

To not actually know, have seen, the stallions promoted? RW for sale over a year in Europe as neither fish nor fowl…poor jump and minor level dressage horse and NOT Hanoverian approved. That babies come out with that black, bling and dish heads? Sigh

I again KNOW some of you with super mares have nice nice babes…but it should churn the stomach of all that this Pyramid scheme supported. Too many honest folks with GOOD stallions out there…stallions with real talent! With mares they take care of!

And Romantic Star is now offered at 600.00 to the first 5 mares! Reminds me of QVC and buy it now before everyone else calls in!

If you shop around you can find some of her stallions stud services listed in auctions. I bought a breeding to Redwine listed in such an auction for under $500 a few years ago. I never did use it. She did allow me to sell it to someone else. I don’t know if she donates this breeding or not, so she may not even see any of this money from some of these auctions.
Would the OP please update the title to say that the flly is no longer stolen?
how do i do that?

Personally, I would just leave it…as it alerts more people to the thread that maybe would have passed it by previously.

Janet, why keep this quiet and potentially allow more innocent people to get screwed over?:no:

Seriously 3dogs your ignorance is showing. If everyone were to be honest for a second hard as it may be there is no way that RW has a “poor jump”, lord knows he improved the jump on my mare, all of you on here bashing who are trying to sell your RW or GFF prodigy are idiots. You may not like the way GFF does business, but the offspring look oh so much better than most that I’ve seen from the small breeder out there. Yes I see an occasional one I like, but if I can choose from 15 at GFF OR someplace like Hilltop I would do that. Whoever said breeders don’t read COTH is pretty much correct. Outside of my friend who alerted me to this NONE of the others in my equestrian circle have read this. And then to see you all get pissy about Brandon’s Arbor Day winning BYH at Devon and attack him (Rappazini) and his pants (multiple people),it just reeks of jealousy, yes I said that previously too. Just kinda hard not to when listening to women whine about poor me and my horse didn’t win. Pathetic.

You are so totally Jill Burnell, Roy. There is no way you are a man. Your whole post has the “bitch-slap” tone that only another woman can adopt.

Why don’t you pull up your big-girl panties and post as yourself and explain why you owe so many people money?

I saw Redwine’s WEF video. He looked fine. Can’t imagine him throwing horses scopey enough for the 4-4’6 division, but not everyone needs/wants that. I would like to see more of his offspring in the upper level performance rings. I think that will really prove him as a sire, or not. The hunter breeding horses are great and all, but fancy is as fancy does.

No jealousy here. I only buy ponies.

Covering 100 mares takes a toll on a stallion…very demanding physically.

I think there were two young stallions booking above 75 one time over 15 years ago. Not much to show for the number of offspring… then the market fell as demand was never there for them and and the registered foals fell off accordingly.

I am not sure where you got that idea but a 100 mares is not a problem or too demanding on most stallions and definitely does not take a toll assuming they are healthy , fed and get some exercise, pasture etc. 200 and up takes some more management. If many mares are bred on the farm or it is shipped you can have days of 10-20 doses shipped from a single collection. That can get you to a hundred in a hurry.

Some of our stallions are breeding over 75 mares per season. For each of the last 10-15 years we have always had some of ours breed over 75 and I am pretty sure there are others doing that. Agreed that would be harder for a “Young stallion” but with young I think of under 10 and not much offspring or career to look at.

THE ABOVE QUOTE SAYS IT ALL. Jill Burnell, who can’t be reached by those to whom she owes money or services and can’t be found by those seeking money owed by her, “pretending” to be Roy Parker to defend her shoddy, dishonest business practices and then LINKING her name to that of Hilltop Farm! “Roy Parker/ Jill Burnell” of “Gray Fox Farm”, you are not at all in the same league as Hilltop Farm and it’s absurd that you would attempt the comparison. You are exactly what you are on this thread; someone who hides. This is exactly who you are. You are shameful.

You run a puppy mill. You can’t be reached by “clients”. You don’t show up for your court dates. You don’t get repeat “business” from reputable people but must depend upon dragging in new “clients” ignorant of your dishonesty. You can’t get reputable registries to deal with you anymore as you owe them money. You can’t get stallions to testing sites because you owe that site money. You can’t get good riders because you owe trainers money. You have NEVER campaigned a winning horse at the national level either in-hand or in performance.

Don’t put down the small breeders. We are real people. We meet real people face to face. We do not hide. We do not cheat. We do not commit felonies. And we will warn as many people to stay away from you as it takes for the message to sink in. No one is jealous. No one I know would want to be you for even one heartbeat.

^^This^^. Well said Diane.

Then why did a trainer whose opinion I very much respect tell me he rode Redwine in Germany when he was for sale pronounce him “limited” (in scope) and very pretty and “ok” for the right mare? I’ve seen the videos with John French (who always improves the jump) up and I was under-whelmed. I won’t call him a jump killer and he can bring some nice things to the right mare - pretty, good mind - but you’ll not be getting a four foot horse from this stallion. MHO

Certainly Jill, and wow I read that last line as a direct slap / insult to Laurie and her filly who was recently at Devon. Isn’t wasn’t she a client of yours well at least a client of your stallion. Wouldn’t you also WANT her filly to do well and promote your stallions ?? What a load of bat shit.

His jump is meh and his owner is worse. So if you like his type and want a better jump breed to his sire Rotspon. Who is his superior in every way and easily circumvent the JP issue. IMHO

No, what is pathetic, Jill, is that you seem to think it is okay to lie and cheat and steal and commit fraud.

And sad that so many people continue to enable you by breeding to your stallions, buying your foals, sending you mares, etc.

Unbelievable that you seem to think it is okay to continually rip people off. Just Wow.

I’m not breeding to him nor would I ever look to the “R” line for jump. But your advice is much appreciated.

Was not aimed at you just a generalized statement  Was quoting you out of agreement.

I don’t think even Jill/Roy is dumb enough to insult my filly, she speaks for herself. I assume she was talking about someone else in the classes.
