Just got mine today and right now it’s resting on my chest in the Tendonitis setting. Both of my shoulders still hurt three months after retiring from my food service job so I’m assuming it’s tendonitis.
I bought the horse strap and it took me almost half an hour to figure out how to put it together! Had to watch review videos and zoom in to see how others did it.
