Preparing for my first online purchase with them, but am not familiar with them. Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, they wish to share? Timely shipping? Secure transaction? Good packaging? I’m purchasing gallons of liquids, so want to be sure I dont’ get a puddle in a bag.

The Tack Room is local to me so I’ve no need to order via their online service. Based on my experiences with the brick-and-mortar store, I love this company. Decent selection for a local tack shop (really quite a large store, with plenty of room to move around the displays), locally owned and operated by long-time members of the Camden horse community. Great in-person service, quick and satisfying resolution of the occasional problem, very willing to special order if needed.
I would hope that the same would be true of their online and mobile stores, but of course, I don’t know anything about those and so cannot really provide any meaningful comment. A lot may well depend on whether the online store is managed by the owners or if it is contracted to a third-party provider.
Never ordered online from them but ditto that the brick & mortar store is great. IIRC, it’s in an old A&P Grocery store - love the set up, too, if it hasn’t changed since I was there last. Worth a trip if you’re in the area.
I’m betting if the store mngmnt is in charge of the online store, you’ll get great service.
They are wonderful! I have been in their store many times when I have been in Camden. Huge selection and everyone who works there is a huge help. Have never ordered online but I agree with the other poster that I cant imagine them being any different than when you go into the store.
I ordered some boots online from them. I had some trouble with the credit card not going through but that was because I was putting in the wrong expiration date. They were great to work with, they checked to make sure it wasn’t anything on their end, etc. before I found out the real problem.

I’ve shopped there in person, and done several online transactions. Can’t say enough good things about them!! Usually whatever I order (if placed before 2:00) shows up at my house the next day- they really are fantastic. I say do not hesitate to order online (or call them if you have any questions).
Used to be a regular shop for me to go to in person for many years. I’ve dealt with them online/by email/by phone a few times since moving too far away, and my experience has always been excellent. First was ordering a helmet and then needing to exchange sizes–no issues. Then I had a fall in said helmet and contacted them about the manufacturer’s replacement policy, which meant ordering a new one through them, them looking up my original purchase (I had moved, lost the receipt), some paperwork, etc. All went smoothly. Great shop!

They rock. I live about three hours east of them. I stop there whenever I have to go to Columbia because Camden is between me and our state capital, but I’ve also ordered many things online. Absolutely stellar service, top of the line products, and if it doesn’t work out? Friendly returns. 
Also the owners are members of the Camden Hunt. I’ve volunteered at their hunter pace before and found them really nice folks. They fed me fried chicken for free. 
Can’t say enough good things about them. They are my preferred choice for ordering anything online.
