The Tack Room is local to me so I’ve no need to order via their online service. Based on my experiences with the brick-and-mortar store, I love this company. Decent selection for a local tack shop (really quite a large store, with plenty of room to move around the displays), locally owned and operated by long-time members of the Camden horse community. Great in-person service, quick and satisfying resolution of the occasional problem, very willing to special order if needed.
I would hope that the same would be true of their online and mobile stores, but of course, I don’t know anything about those and so cannot really provide any meaningful comment. A lot may well depend on whether the online store is managed by the owners or if it is contracted to a third-party provider.
