A+ for sales information, communication, reasonable pricing, and after sales support. I’m a very happy customer. I had a billion questions before my purchase and also after and over a year later, she immediately returns emails or says “call me!”. She truly wants her customers to be happy and to have the horses we are hauling feel comfortable and safe.

While it’s been some years, I was more than happy.
I customized a trailer, yet had MANY, MANY questions. Rita was always extremely helpful & informative with what would work best for my needs/setup, not just what was the bigger ticket modification.
In the end, she probably saved me a few $$$$.
I know a couple others that have gotten trailers from her & they have all been 100% satisfied as well.
Risa is awesome. I 100% recommend her.

Me too! Me too! I bought the first trailer they built when they had their short-lived trailer manufacture business. Awesome trailer! The only thing wrong with it is that it doesn’t scream when I back it into something. She was VERY helpful and I was impressed with how knowledgeable she is. I would buy another one from her in a heartbeat!

So far, so good! My new trailer (ordered back in March/April) should be coming in another month or two (hoping that there aren’t more manufacturing delays! But those are not in Risa’s control). She’s been great about answering all my questions, making suggestions, and is very responsive to answering messages. I’m so excited to get my new trailer soon!
Count me as another very happy customer! I ordered my Hawk from Risa in late 2014 and it arrived to me in early 2015. I did make a road trip from MS to SC because I wanted to see some trailers and talk to her in person. Looking back, I don’t think I needed to do that but it made me feel good at the time.
I actually emailed her sometime last year when I was thinking about a LQ trailer. I still haven’t pulled the trigger on that (Mr. Neon and I bought land instead) but it will most likely happen eventually. I have absolutely no hesitation going back to her to do a custom order when I’m ready!
Repeat customer here! Risa is excellent to communicate with & very patient if you’re a like me and undecided on all of the options. I’m in Ma and trailer was brought right to my house. I have fewer (and smaller) horses now than I did when I bought my last trailer, and because I’d like the option of trailering with a smaller tow vehicle in a pinch, decided to downsize- ordered another trailer from Risa this year 
Another repeat customer for Risa!! She is the BEST! Knowledgeable and responsive. My neighbor has also bought 4 trailers from Risa over the years.
I bought mine from her in 2017 and it was easy and trouble-free. I added a few options, maybe had to change something when plans were sent for approval, then delivery came right to my house from the factory.

I used Risa because of this board - ordered a hawk and got it earlier this year. Like others I had lots of questions and my picky husband had lots of things he wanted customized. 100% recommend!
Another happy customer here! It was a big purchase for me and she was super patient answering my million and one questions and was super knowledgeable. After that experience (which was just in the past year), I would have a hard time ever buying a trailer elsewhere.

Another happy Risa customer, although it’s been a few years. Risa was great not only about the sale but also followup assistance later when I had a warranty repair.
