Anyone ever used this section of the app? Is it using gym equipment or like body weight stuff? Overall thoughts on the quality of the section?
I like the Coach Sando training, he has some mobility exercises that were really good and I use a few times a week. I don’t remember much equipment needs except a yoga mat, exercise band, yoga ball. I believe he gives you alternatives.
I’m not the biggest fan of the Haybales and Barbells workouts, its very basic and beginner. If I’m going to do HIIT stuff I prefer Caroline Girvan’s YouTube channel. I’d probably like Haybales and Barbells paid trainings that are move advanced and challenging as I like her format and her socials.
