Ride TV showing Euro Eventing championship dressage

it is on today, (nearly thru,) but it is listed for tomorrow and Friday. Now next Monday, it says a vague something about European dressage, but not that it is Luhmuelen, so I do not know if they will show the entire thing. But it looks like ALL the dressage. I hope they will show the whole thing!

I think it is available on demand; https://www.ridetvgo.com/fei-2019-european-championships

I sent them a message on FB asking if they would show the xc, and they said no! I was quite excited to see this. But do not understand why they will not show the best part.

FEI probably wouldn’t let them. They have yet to pick a pocket or two !

Watching the SJ now, was wondering about the x-country.

Dammit…

you know, I watched a little of the dressage from Boekelo online, and I noticed there was no commentary. I saw Tammie’s amazing ride and watched a few others. I woke up this morning about 5 and realized, 'Oh, it’s on, and leaped, (well, crawled,) to the computer. I scampered to EN with the links, and it is on FEI so to watch xc, you must pay! Now, I don’t really mind, I know it costs a lot to video these things, but I do not understand why I went directly to the live feed on Thursday. I didn’t even know it WAS FEI.

Update to Boekelo: Jennie B has been eliminated, and Matt Flynn has gone clear xc, so we still have a team. The scoring is crazy complicated tho. Tammie was clear, no time, and Liz was clear with a little time. I cannot find team scores anywhere.

In checking the scores again, it appears MF did NOT go clear. It looks like 22 penalties plus time. So a probable stop?

Thanks, @Larksmom (and Rats! about no live stream for Boekelo), apparently they are going to livestream Pau??

RIDE TV showed part of the Euro Eventing Championships SJ last night; the rest of it won’t be aired until next Friday night.

:sigh:

RIDE TV is going to show Burghley on Oct. 25. I havent seen a time slot, but I assume it will be condensed. They have some kind of hook up with FEI as they show lots of European shows. They show a lot of Dressage. Last week they showed start to finish the Dressage championship. Again, I ASSUME they did, even I cannot watch 6-8 hours of straight dressage! If FEI covered more eventing, (like the Pan Ams for example,) I might subscribe. But that is my main interest. I have been impressed with the coverage of the ERM in Europe. I wish we could get a NA one going!

Re: Burghley- I saw that, and will probably try to catch it again even though I watched almost all of it live streaming.

They do show Event Rider Masters, but the coverage is sporadic - and sometimes at midnight so past my bedtime.

They have been showing a lot of dressage lately – also Longines SJ but it’s mostly during the day (frustratingly), Western stuff is on most evenings Ć°ÅøĖœā€¢

With our Verizon cable package we only pay $5 a month for the channel, so really, well worth it at that price! Ć°Åøā€˜Ā I’m always happy to have any equestrian programming at all. Eventing is a bonus!
