Riding gloves for achy hands

The riding years are taking a toll! Any suggestions for riding gloves that offer finger support & protection? I don’t mind gloves that are thicker than the usual … currently, I often ride in SSG Ranchers Gloves. They’re deerskin and soften up with use but I’m hoping to find something more traditional.

TIA!

These gloves honestly are the best I’ve ever tried. I have the usual achy hands and some other issues related to a thankfully unsuccessful attempt to remove my thumb from my person, so rein grip is an issue (to be fair, it’s always been an issue). Initially I was less thrilled with how bulky they felt (nothing like my deerskin ssg work gloves though!) but in no time they molded to my hand shape perfectly. Plus unlike many other $$$$ brands, they are pretty durable.

These look promising. Thanks!

The Back-on-Track gloves are a big help with my achy hands. They do get a bit warm for summer but not overly so. A little tricky to quickly pull off if you need to take a phone call.

SSG have many deer skin options that are more traditional looking than the Rancher style. I have arthritis in my hands and wrists from years and years of mucking and I’ve stayed pretty loyal to the brand. I hope they stick around.

Another vote for the back on track. Copper gloves. Came here to recommend them and saw several other folks have done it before me!
