Riding in Bald Eagle State Forest

I’ve had a few PMs about riding in this area, so I am posting a link to two of our rides last week. One was in the Cranberry Bog, the other over at Mile Run.

Yes! There are several different Horse Camping locations nearby, tho I believe both of them are dry camps. There is a good map, and trails are pretty well marked, tho some spots are getting overgrown. We trim where we can. If you are coming this way, I would be happy to meet with you if you like.

Thanks for the offer lawndart! It’s an area of PA I have never gotten to ride in yet and I am not really that far away. I may take you up on it!
