Hi all, I am looking for recomendations for a student who will be summering (is that a word?) at Cape Cod. Seven years old, WT and working on cantering. Most comfortable on small pony, little timid but hard worker. Need a safe place for her to keep up her skills this summer. Whatcha got?

I grew up spending summers on the Cape and I rode at Woodsong in Brewster. I took my first lessons there all the way to jumping my first 3’6 fence. Granted I am older but I know the place is still there and still doing children’s programs.
Might be a bit of a haul from Falmouth.
I spent tons of summers in the Cape in Falmouth. Fieldcrest Farm is excellent.

Grazing Fields in Buzzard’s Bay and Holly Hill in Marstons Mills would be good places to check out, especially if there is interest in showing as time progresses.
Don’t check out Grazing Fields or Holly Hill unless you’re interested in full leasing for the summer (if they even have that option anymore) or buying a horse. Those barns are very elitist and don’t have horses to lesson on unless you’ve already owned/leased a horse there and boarded it there for years.
