Does anyone know where to find this little hunt “bible?” I’ve seen it in people’s hands, and it seems to be a great resource for firm answers about attire, etiquette, etc. I can’t find it on the MFHA site…

As far as I know, the Chronicle of the Horse still sells them…
Horse Country has them for $5.00 plus shipping.
I called and got a few from COTH last year for (I believe) $5 each. Call them, perhaps?
