Riveredge Farm (Scott Hassler Dressage) For Sale

Anyone know why they’re selling? Downsizing maybe?

I would say this is a beautiful facility, but that would be a gross understatement. Wow!!

You’re not kidding. Imagine the crew needed to keep up on the maintenance. Wowza.

I thought they were based out of Florida now?

If you can shell out 30 mil, I guess the crew will be petty cash…

making the MD property redundant then.

I don’t think Scott Hassler had any involvement with the property anymore since he moved to Florida a number of years ago.

Why can’t I get a decent lottery ticket? Actually - just let me buy the covered arena and I would be happy. I would much rather have this property than anything in Florida but since I am not a million or billionaire I guess that is a moot point.

The property is fantastic. I’ve been a few times for clinics. It would be a dream for anyone. I don’t think Scott has been back in several years, but other trainers have been renting.

It’s strikingly like my house. My microwave sits on the counter, too.

Yes, of course this is sarcasm. It’s beautiful.

It really is spectacular.

Was it owned by the people that own/owned Harmony Sporthorses? I do remember reading somewhere that Harmony shut down there and it was being rented by various trainers. I cannot even imagine what a place like that would cost to rent or maintain for that matter. Really incredible property.

The grounds are spectacular! I’m not into big and fancy so it isn’t my style. If I could buy it I’d rent the houses and barns out, live in the pool area and keep my horses in pastures with shelters.

Is the listed sf of 45,000 for all living spaces or just the main house?
